Owner

Frank Manganaro founded Persimmon Contracting in 1985. Frank brings with him over 35 years of construction experience. As Owner and President, Frank focuses on project financial management, as well as overall company vision and growth. His involvement in projects, whether direct or indirect, ensures the company’s focus on commitment, safety and customer service is present for each and every project.

Project Managers / Estimators

Our Senior Project Manager / Estimator has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and oversees all project management activities. Our project management team holds a broad range of experience from small tenant improvements to multi-million dollar buildings. Our Project Managers work with designers and owners at the project inception stage to develop detailed budgets and schedules. They ensure that proper job costing, project document control, implementation of Persimmon’s Safety Policy and Safe Work Practices, as well as all coordination with the client and consultant team is managed seamlessly, throughout the project.

Site Project Managers / Superintendents

Our Site Project Managers and Superintendents coordinate with all sub-contractors on site, as well as project architects, designers, engineers and inspectors, as a team, to ensure the quality control of work is to the client’s satisfaction. They establish and maintain construction schedules, ensuring all time lines are met. They prepare shop drawings and sketches, and implement Persimmon’s Safety Policy and Safe Work Practices on the project sites.
