When involved from the conceptual or schematic design stage of a project, we help identify the most efficient materials, systems and methods to accomplish the goals of the project, and those of our client.
Pre-construction services may include, but are not limited to: budgeting, scheduling, scope definition, value management, detailed project planning and risk management throughout the Calgary region.
Where a design team is not yet in place, Persimmon Contracting can lead the coordination of the design, engineering and construction management teams to a successful project completion.
